How it works
- An agent connected to the MCP server publishes an artifact: Markdown, HTML, JSON, a Mermaid diagram, or a picture such as a browser screenshot. Each belongs to the workspace it was made in.
- Open Artifacts from the titlebar. The sidebar turns to the list, newest first, under Today, Last 7 days and Older. A long section shows its newest few and a line to the rest, and Older is folded under its heading.
- Press a row to open it. Each change an agent makes is a new version: the version button at the right of the head lists them with their dates, so you can go back to any.
- Right-click a row, or press the ellipsis at the head, for Copy reference, Open in Files, Open in browser, Group, Rename, Export and Remove.
Good to know
- Copy reference copies a link an agent can turn back into the artifact, so you can point one at it in a prompt.
- An artifact that is new or changed since you last opened it is marked on its row.
- Search artifacts looks through all of them at once, with no sections.
- Remove deletes the artifact and all its versions.
