How it works
- Right-click an artifact and choose Group. The palette opens on the workspace's groups: pick one, type a new name, or choose Add to new group. For an artifact already in a group, it offers Move to new group and Remove from group instead.
- To file several at once, pick their rows with ⌘-click or ⇧-click and press Group in the bar at the foot of the sidebar.
- Switch the list from Recent to Groups to see each group under its own heading with its count, the one written to last first and Ungrouped last. Press a heading to open or close it.
- Right-click a group's heading for Rename group and Ungroup artifacts. Renaming a group to another group's name merges the two.
Good to know
- An artifact is in one group or none. A group exists only while an artifact is in it, so there is nothing to create or delete.
- A name that differs from an existing group only by case, spacing or a plural's last "s" files into that group.
- Agents are told to reuse the groups a workspace already has, and a browser screenshot goes in Screenshots.
- Filing an artifact does not change when it was last updated, and its reference stays the same.
