Troubleshooting
Fixes for the problems that come up most, and where to ask when they do not help.

How it works
- An agent cannot use Origami's tools. In Settings › MCP, find the agent under Connect. Not installed offers Install. Installed for port … means its entry points at an old port, and Fix points it at this one. If the server says it failed to start, try another Port, then fix each agent.
- An agent's row never shows it working or waiting. In Settings › Agents, open the agent's Options, then its Origami page, and check that Report status is on. If it says it is off until Origami is reopened, quit and open Origami again. Antigravity needs Set up there, once.
- A tab exited with an error. Its output stays on screen, and the last lines usually say why. Fix the cause, then press ⌘⏎ or Start on its row.
- Activating a licence says the device limit is reached. Remove a device at https://tryorigami.app/plus, then activate again.
Good to know
- Changing the MCP port means fixing every agent that was connected to the old one.
- Only built-in agents report what they are doing. A custom agent's state is read from its terminal instead.
- For anything else, write to us at https://tryorigami.app/support.
